As the Sr. Manager of Product Merchandising, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of our apparel strategy, driving innovation and embracing a "challenger brand" mindset. 🚀 Your day will be filled with cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and strategic decision-making to deliver exceptional products that resonate with our customers.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the conceptualization, merchandising, and product development processes from initiation to launch, ensuring quality and sustainability.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to drive product conception and assortment planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, marketing, and finance, to achieve revenue and profit growth targets.
- Embrace innovative approaches, such as 3D, virtual products, and digital showrooms, to enhance efficiency and speed to market.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of additional experience in place of a Bachelor's degree. Or Master's with 8+ years of experience in product merchandising, assortment planning, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of the sports apparel and activewear markets, trending, and channels.
- Strong financial acumen, budget management, and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent project management, decision-making, and strategic leadership skills.
