As a Senior Manager of Product Development, your day will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation. How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute strategic seasonal product development plans that align with our design vision, merchant requirements, and financial goals.
- Lead and direct the product development team, ensuring accurate specifications and adherence to calendars and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Design team to ensure efficient development of manufacturable products with optimal fit and construction.
- Drive cost savings initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance standardization, simplification, and efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience; an additional 4+ years of relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree, OR a Master's 8+ years relevant work experience
- Demonstrated product technical expertise in apparel and textiles, with a thorough understanding of cost drivers.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across cultures.
