The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the innerwear market and a proven track record of successful brand management.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Define the brand's positioning, key messages, and value propositions to differentiate the organization from competitors.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints and marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events).
  • Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance, conduct post-campaign evaluation, and provide recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams and agencies to create visually appealing and impactful brand assets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure brand performance and impact.

 

 

Minimum Education/ Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. 7+ years relevant work experience in a related field. 4+ years relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree     

 

Preferred Education/ Experience:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.  3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

 

Specific Skills or Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Business, Retail Management, MBA a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a brand.
  • Experience in developing and managing brand campaigns across various marketing channels.
  • Proven experience in the innerwear or fashion industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
