Managing the Line Design and Development for our global IT organization, your day will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation. You'll lead a dynamic team, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our cutting-edge platforms like PTC FlexPLM, Adobe Workfront, Hyland Nuxeo, and Browzwear. From managing complex projects to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our technology roadmap and delivering exceptional user experiences. 🚀

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Spearhead the strategic vision and roadmap for our Line Design and Development application portfolio, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of our platforms, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate our platforms with enterprise systems, enabling seamless workflows and reducing manual effort.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, mentoring and developing a high-performing technology team.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 5+ years relevant work experience; an additional 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and leading technology teams, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience with FlexPLM, Adobe Workfront, Hyland Nuxeo, and Browzwear (preferred or equivalent platforms).
  • Proven ability to integrate these platforms with other enterprise solutions, such as ERP, CRM, etc.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale technology projects, from inception to completion.
  • Experience with digital transformation and business process automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
