As a Senior Tax Analyst at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to drive domestic tax compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct in-depth tax research, and proactively identify process improvements, ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Responsible for domestic tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, identifying book-tax differences, and handling consolidated income tax returns.
• Maintain a tax compliance calendar, conduct tax research, respond to tax notices, and assist with tax audits.
• Responsible for income tax provisions, communicate global tax requirements, and monitor legislative developments.
• Participate in tax planning projects and collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience, 3 of those years must be in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm OR a master’s degree with 3+ years in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm, OR 9+ years of work experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.

• CPA License strongly preferred.
• Experience in corporate tax compliance for US multinational corporations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel, and automated tax systems like Onesource Tax Provision and Onesource Income Tax
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
