As a Senior Financial Analyst at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with analytical challenges and opportunities to drive strategic financial decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis and forecasting to support the company's growth and success.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide analytical support for annual planning and periodic forecasting processes
• Develop and utilize analytics to evaluate financial plans, including sensitivity analysis and trend analysis
• Support global balance sheet, capital spend, and cash flow planning processes
• Assist in the analysis and review of quarterly operating results and guidance

What You Bring

Education/ Experience 

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience (financial analysis, planning, and forecasting). Prefer an MBA with 3+ years of related experience.

         An additional 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
