A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales Analyst at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with strategic analysis and collaboration. You'll work closely with the Sales Team, gathering data from retailer systems to measure performance against goals. Your insights will drive growth opportunities, from identifying over/underperforming SKUs to optimizing assortments and promotions. 🔍 With your analytical skills and retail expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in executing successful go-to-market strategies.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support Senior Sales Managers with item setups, maintenance, and PO pricing actions
  • Develop and analyze retail promotional plans, tracking competitor activities
  • Interface with retailer merchant teams to discuss business results and marketing strategies
  • Manage events and purchase order tracking for seamless program launches
  • Data Analysis: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from retailer systems to generate reports and identify business opportunities.
  • Retail Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with retailer systems for item setups, maintenance, and PO pricing actions.
  • Promotional Planning: Experience in developing and analyzing retail promotional plans and competitor activities.
  • Digital/Ecommerce Management: Skills in organizing digital assets and maintaining product detail pages (PDP) to enhance consumer experience.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant work experience; an additional 4+ years of relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree, OR a Master's 1+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Familiarity with retailer systems like 1010 data portal, Circana/IRI, and STIBO (preferred)
  • Strong PC/spreadsheet and analytical skills
  • Experience selling to Dollar General is preferred.
