The Omni Analyst I is a key contributor in delivering the Hanesbrands Win as One plan. This role focuses on collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan and execute a best-in-class digital experience while placing the consumer at the forefront of every decision.
Responsibilities
• Help Create Best-in-Class Digital Shopping Experience:
- Assist in kicking off the PDP (Product Detail Page) creative brief for launches, tracking asset creation, and distribution to key accounts.
- Partner with the PDP Assistant Manager to kick off PDP and asset refreshes, tracking through the creation timeline.
- Research market for new PDP asset concepts, helping Hanesbrands to stay at the forefront of digital trends and sales conversion.
- Participate in Consumer Insight meetings and help translate findings to make positive impacts on the digital experience.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Participate in cross-functional touch bases with the Omni Manager, supporting tactical follow-up.
- Conduct assortment reviews with cross-functional partners to ensure optimized online product offers.
- Support retail.com media efforts by compiling images and data needed to effectively kick off media campaigns and facilitate Brand Store updates.
• Data Creation & Maintenance:
- Aid in report creation required to analyze and react to in-season e-commerce business.
- Maintain systems used to monitor market pricing and identify unauthorized third-party vendors.
- Ensure master tracking for new receipts is created for each brand, facilitating accurate reporting for key account teams.
Minimum Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Specific Skills or Experience Required
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and experience with digital asset management.
