As a Product Analyst II at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to drive growth for our iconic brands. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and contribute to strategic decision-making that shapes our product offerings.

 

How You'll Make an Impact
•    Support our Scrubs and Comfy Growth Plan, fueling the expansion of our women's and men's lines
•    Manage line plan data, line sheets, and sample processes to ensure seamless execution
•    Spearhead new item requests, modular plans, and CAD passing for Walmart initiatives
•    Conduct competitor analysis and data gathering to inform offering strategies

 

What You Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in place of a degree.
•    Proven experience in project management, merchandising, marketing, or analytics
•    Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience contributing to business opportunity analysis.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to leverage consumer data to drive sales growth.
