As the Mgr Consumer Insights, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to uncover valuable consumer insights and drive product innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee qualitative and quantitative research projects, and present your findings to stakeholders, shaping the future of our product line.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects to gather consumer insights and product feedback
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure research insights inform product innovations and go-to-market strategies
  • Present research findings and provide clear, actionable strategies to drive business growth
  • Enhance consumer engagement by understanding their pain points, preferences, and satisfaction with our product line
     

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant work experience, or 4+ years of additional experience in place of a Bachelor's degree. OR Master's 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proficiency in research tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta, SPSS)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings and recommendations
