As the Manager of Operations Accounting, your day will be filled with driving profitability and competitiveness through effective assessment and strategic planning. You'll lead inventory accuracy initiatives, ensuring on-time customer deliveries and minimizing chargebacks. From preparing analytics to reconciling discrepancies, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes and systems.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Spearhead inventory accuracy functions across the distribution network
  • Develop efficient workflows and provide analytics to optimize operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to HBI standards
  • Implement robust control systems to safeguard company assets

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field  with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 3+ relevant work experience; an additional  4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP/HFA systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Proven leadership and management expertise
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance
