Major Responsibilities

Execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets in Off Price Innerwear categories.

Identify product opportunities through competitive analysis and customer needs.

Lead product development strategies for continuity programs in partnership with sourcing teams.

Align cross-functional teams to execute costing, packaging, calendar, and delivery timelines.

Partner with production and sourcing to manage order flow and allocation to key customers.

Manage events for key programs and input inventory needs to provide visibility to Supply Chain.

Attend order/event tracking meetings and troubleshoot any issues related to production, pricing, and delivery.

Process closeout purchase orders and create SKU breakdowns for order entry.

Track closeout order status with customer service and retailers to ensure accurate reporting.

Maintain order logs, files, and reporting on Off Price sales and inventory.

Interface with retailer's merchant teams to discuss business results, assortment decisions, and delivery updates.

Develop cross-functional relationships with key Growth Team contacts to understand brand/category strategies.

Gather sales samples and presentation material for sell-in meetings.

Process TOP samples and send to retailers as needed.

Ability to work flexible core office hours that align with dual hemisphere time zones.

Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree + 3+ years of relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Specific Skills or Experience Required

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of sales or retail experience in the off-price channel of trade

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional reporting capabilities

Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Effectiveness in management of multiple projects

Proven ability to take initiative and possess a strong sense of urgency

Exceptional computer skills required: MS Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills)

Subscribes to the highest standards of business ethics and Global Code of Conduct
