As a Manager, Retail Planning, your day will be filled with strategic decision-making and collaboration. You'll analyze sales data, forecast demand, and develop plans to optimize product availability and maximize sales. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll drive replenishment strategies, support new product launches, and present insights to retail partners, ensuring their needs are met. 🚀

 

How You'll Make an Impact

Develop pre-season sales, gross margin, and inventory plans aligned with product strategies

Forecast future sales and inventory needs based on data analysis

Lead the analysis of sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to execute replenishment strategies

Present in-depth sales and inventory data analyses to retail partners, addressing product availability issues     

 

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ years of additional work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics

Proficiency in forecasting and inventory management

Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-making
