As the Manager, Product Management for Shapewear, you'll be at the heart of our consumer-centric approach. Your day will be filled with collaborating across teams, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that shape our product roadmap from ideation to launch. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize assortments, pricing strategies, and channel strategies, ensuring our products resonate with consumers and drive growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute overall product marketing strategy, including pricing, product, promotion, packaging, and channel strategies.
- Lead the product roadmap from concept ideation to customer sell-in and product launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize assortments, manage SKUs, reduce inventory, and improve efficiency metrics.
- Analyze data to identify marketplace trends, opportunity gaps, and support sell-in strategies.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, an additional 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in marketing, product management, and/or direct-to-consumer roles
- Expertise in building and executing product marketing plans within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging consumer data to drive sales growth and conducting data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
