As the Manager, Procurement-Global, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging your strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our company. Your day will be filled with analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions that optimize our supply chain operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead global procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable sourcing practices
• Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers, demonstrating your competent negotiation prowess
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's + 3+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for bachelor’s degree.
• MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
• Competent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
