How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, consumer research activities, and advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure marketing plans align with business strategy and consumer insights
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess media performance against marketing objectives
  • Coordinate marketing communications plans to maximize sales and return on investment (ROI) on Walmart.com

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 9+ years of experience in place of a Bachelor's degree. Or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, project management, media, ecommerce, or sales
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards of business ethics
