How You'll Make an Impact
• Assist in the design and implementation of employee surveys and assessments.
• Analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Conduct job analyses and help create job descriptions.
• Participate in organizational development initiatives.
What You Bring
• Enrolled students from Appalachian State University, currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Human Resources.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of work experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
