As the Director of Identity Access Management, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of our organization's IAM strategy, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and resources. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating and selecting cutting-edge IAM technologies, and overseeing the implementation of robust access controls and authentication measures. 🔐
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement the organization's IAM strategy, policies, and procedures to manage user identities and access privileges.
- Lead a team of IAM professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay informed about emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve our IAM capabilities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, including prior management experience, or equivalent work experience. 4 years of additional work experience can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex environments.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, directory services, identity governance).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing IAM teams.
