The Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
    • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns.
  • Brand Management:
    • Maintain and enhance the brand's image, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
    • Conduct brand audits and develop strategies to improve brand equity.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
    • Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Sr Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.

 

Minimum Education and Experience​​​​​​​

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Marketing agency experience.
    • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships

 

Specific Skills or Experience Required

  • 1+ year of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
