The opportunity
The Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This position requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The role
• Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Campaign Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
- Support senior brand manager with seasonal photoshoot planning and execution
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Brand Management:

- Maintain and enhance the brand's image, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
- Conduct brand audits and develop strategies to improve brand equity.
• Market Research:

- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Budget Management:
-
- Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Sr Brand Marketing Manager.
• Collaboration:
-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, connected commerce, creative, email & site teams, etc. to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Reporting and Analysis:
-
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
The requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's + 3+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree,
Preferred Education/ Experience
• Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems.
• Marketing agency experience.
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
Specific Skills or Experience Required
- 5+ year of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
