As an Analyst Product I at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze consumer data, and drive strategic decision-making. You'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing merchandise assortments, ensuring that the consumer's needs are at the forefront of every decision.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Gather data to support strategic decision-making for junior sales teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis and consumer behavior studies
  • Support product design and development through data analysis
  • Create sell-in sheets and support sales meetings
  • Maintain merchandise and assortment information in planning systems
     

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of work experience, or 4+ years of additional experience in place of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
  • Experience in merchandising, marketing, analytics, or project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
