As an 💼 Analyst Customs & Trade at HanesBrands, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless global trade compliance. Your expertise will guide our international shipments through customs clearance, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory adherence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and government agencies to drive efficient supply chain operations.

 

 

How You'll Make an Impact
•    Verify import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance
•    Manage customs databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
•    Analyze goods and assign correct Harmonized Tariff Numbers
•    Prepare and analyze customs financial reports for timely duty payments
•    Respond to regulatory audits and issue corrective actions for compliance

 

What You Bring
•    Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent; or 4+ years of additional experience in place of a Bachelor's degree.
•    Expertise in customs regulations, free trade programs, and import/export compliance
•    Customs broker license is preferred.
•    Proficiency in data management, analysis, and problem-solving
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills 
•    Attention to detail and adaptability to handle dynamic workloads
