A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Analyst Customer Development II at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with cross-functional collaboration, driving profitable sales growth, and ensuring seamless omni-channel execution for the Wal-Mart account. You'll work closely with various teams to manage pricing files, support e-commerce initiatives, and execute modular and off-shelf opportunities, all while contributing to the company's mission of creating sustainable and inclusive products.

 

How You'll Make an Impact
•    Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks for the Wal-Mart account
•    Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive profitable sales growth and market share
•    Manage and maintain pricing files with internal and external stakeholders
•    Support e-commerce initiatives to meet customer content score goals and drive digital growth

 

What You Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience OR Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

•    Experience working with Walmart, or within the CPG or apparel industries, is strongly preferred.

•    Experience with Wal-Mart systems, Supplier One and Scintilla are a plus.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•    Adaptability and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
•    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, pricing strategies, and omni-channel execution
