We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Timeline Administrator. The successful candidate will assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that all stages of product development and delivery are completed on schedule. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a basic understanding of the apparel production process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Developing and Maintaining Detailed Project Timeline, collaborate with other teams to gather necessary product data.
  • Track comprehensive project timelines for all stages of product development and delivery,. Provide in-depth Timeline Status Tracking for all project timelines in detail. Identify any discrepancies or issues in the timeline and take corrective actions.
  • Regularly update timelines to reflect any changes or adjustments in project scope or deadlines.
  • Enter and maintain accurate product data in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensure all product information is up-to-date and correctly reflected in the system.
  • Gather and enter information required for event entries related to product launches or other activities.
  • Complete and submit customer forms required to load new products into the system. Ensure all necessary information is accurately provided on the forms. Coordinate with other teams to gather required data for the forms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant work; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in timeline or project management within the  apparel industry.
  • Basic understanding of the apparel production process and supply chain.
  • Excellent organizational and time management sklills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual.
