This position is in charge of developing, contribute, and support the system processes necessary to create accurate payroll checks and reports. The incumbent will provide system application expertise and process guidance necessary to support the vision of Hanesbrands Inc. Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist, document, and troubleshoot the process of producing a payroll within assigned time and accuracy limits.
  • Produce AdHoc reports on an as needed basis as well as produce standard reports needed outside the system.
  • Assist the Payroll Tax team with reports necessary for the production of accurate tax records.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of processes to improve the delivery of accurate payroll checks.
  • Assist, document, and troubleshoot problems relating to the integration of payroll data to the general ledger.
  • Perform and document the necessary system testing for new releases as well as identified problem areas.
  • Analyze, report, and document all payroll related problems reported to the Lawson Global Support Organization.

        Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • 2-4 years in the production of payroll.
  • 2-4 years system administration experience using Kronos or Lawson HR/Payroll software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, and a clear purpose while under pressure in a dynamic environment. 
  • Must be capable of managing multiple projects, some with strict deadlines, while making adjustments and changes as required during the project development and implementation.
