The HR Analytics II utilizes data to drive strategic HR decisions, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. This role involves developing key metrics, creating predictive models for workforce planning, and generating reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the HR Analytics II collaborates on HR strategies and ensures compliance with regulations. They work closely with the HRBP team, integrating processes within HR, and work cross-functionally within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and other relevant systems.
- Develop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and monitor key HR metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Utilize data analysis to develop and implement workforce plans that align with business goals and ensure an effective workforce.
- Analyze data related to recruitment, retention, compensation, and employee engagement to optimize talent management practices.
- Work collaboratively with HR teams, managers, and other departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and company policies.
- Evaluate the performance of HR tools and systems and recommend improvements.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform performance reviews and performance management processes.
- Identify and address skills gaps within the workforce to improve employee capabilities.
- Analyze data related to employee engagement and satisfaction to improve employee experience and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant work experience or Master's with 1+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
- Preferred relevant certifications in HR analytics or data analysis.
- Analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Ensure precision in data collection, analysis, and reporting to guarantee accuracy and reliability of information.
- Utilize expertise in HR information systems (HRIS), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical software.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify HR-related issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
- Align HR analytics with broader business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with HR teams, managers, and other departments to implement data-driven HR initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while handling sensitive HR data.
- Adapt to changing business needs and evolving HR technologies.
