Responsibilities:
- Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with global department heads and global OD teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions to address skill gaps.
- Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Content Creation: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance the delivery and tracking of training programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve training offerings.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior L&D team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure mutual success.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor partnerships, including compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Cost Management: Ensuring that vendor services are cost-effective and provide value for money.
Experience/Skills/Education Requirements:
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Certifications on DDI Facilitation, Predictive Index Practitioner
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D or a related field.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills. Creating engaging learning experiences by understanding learning theories, applying instructional models, and designing assessments.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities in both English and Spanish as well as the in the virtual environment.
- Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms such as cornerstone, and various content vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage a training audience over TEAMS with little to no assistance.
- Capability to assess and identify the learning needs of an organization to develop targeted training programs.
