- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading Human Resources operations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and talent management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
