Position Summary

The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing customer orders in compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring on-time shipment, order accuracy, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders according to system instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Verify correct items, quantities, and order details prior to packing.
• Operate packing equipment and tools (e.g., vertical bagging machines, scanners, ProGlove, scales).
• Apply correct labels and ensure cartons/bags meet shipping and carrier requirements.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure packaging integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Follow all safety, ergonomic, and compliance guidelines.
• Support cross-functional tasks as needed (returns, rework, or other DTC functions).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer or handheld device experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to required weight limits per safety guidelines.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and reliable work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility to support multiple departments.
