Overview
The Temp-HR Admin provides exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by managing HR-related inquiries, processing badge and data change requests, and entering temporary associates into HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce. This role also supports employee engagement initiatives and ensures timely, professional, and effective communication across departments.
Major Responsibilities
Temp Agency Liaison

Serve as the primary contact for temporary staffing agency partners.

Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure compliance with company standards.

Maintain strong communication to support workforce planning and agency relationships.
New Hire Orientation & Onboarding
-
Collaborate with the Training Manager to organize orientation logistics.
-
Deliver the HR segment of orientation sessions independently and with professionalism.

Ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
HRIS Management
-
Accurately enter and update employee data in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce.

Process hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and personal data changes.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all HRIS transactions.
Badge Administration

Create and update HBI badges for associates, temporary staff, and contractors using the Lenel system.

Ensure proper access control and compliance with security protocols.
Employee Engagement Support

Plan and execute engagement activities, including catered events, recognition programs, and vendor-hosted initiatives.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture through consistent engagement efforts.
Minimum Education & Experience
-
High school diploma plus 5 years of relevant work experience or a bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience.
Specific Skills & Experience Required

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors and Dayforce).

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple employee relations issues simultaneously.

Skilled in task prioritization and time management.

Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook; intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
