As a Sr Manager, Designer at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with creative energy and collaboration. You'll drive the creative direction for iconic brands like Hanes, Bonds, Maidenform, and Bali, ensuring their products remain at the forefront of comfort, quality, and style. From researching global trends to developing seasonal ranges, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Contribute to the creative vision and direction for the brand, ensuring a harmonious blend of timeless classics and cutting-edge innovations.
  • Collaborate with teams to commercialize new innovations, staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Drive the development of new shapes, fabrics, trims, and print directions, aligning with the brand's strategic direction.
  • Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of new ranges through effective coordination and communication.

 

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion and Design or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of commercial creativity and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, PLM, and 3D design (a bonus).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments and manage costs/design to target costs.
