Major Responsibilities
Contribute to the creative direction for the brand, ensuring a commercial mix of classics and new innovations aligned with brand strategies.Drive and implement new shape, fabrics, trims, and print directions in line with brand direction.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new ranges and adherence to business calendars.Research global consumer trends, competitor products, and market performance to develop innovative and commercially viable product ranges.Prepare and present seasonal direction, story boards, and color palettes to internal and external stakeholders.Foster teamwork and collaboration across design, merchandising, supply chain, and product development teams.Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Specific Skills or Experience Required
Degree in Fashion and Design or 10+ years of experience in a similar role.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and a track record of commercial creativity.Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing.Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.Strong team management skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, PLM, and 3D design (a bonus).Ability to manage costs and design to target costs.Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing a team.Job Specific Competencies
