As a Senior Technical Designer-Bra, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to shape the future of our bra designs. You'll collaborate with global teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring exceptional fit across our iconic brands like Hanes, Maidenform, and Bali.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Provide technical support to Design for new product developments
  • Partner with vendors/factories to innovate, problem solve technical and cost issues
  • Develop and maintain garment blocks for consistent fit across brands/categories
  • Collaborate with Bra Designers & fabric sourcing to develop new shape & fit concepts

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's + 3+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for bachelor’s degree.
  • Tertiary qualification in fashion/pattern making
  • 3+ years' experience in technical design/pattern making for apparel/lingerie/bras
  • Expertise in bra construction, fabric moulding, and foam cup development
