As a Creative Designer at Hanesbrands, your days will be filled with creativity and collaboration. You'll immerse yourself in trend research, sketching innovative designs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life. From proposing new seasonal collections to sourcing materials and overseeing product development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic brands.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Contribute to the overall trend and design direction for each season, across Women's and Men's apparel.
- Propose new designs backed by trend research, sketches, and material proposals.
- Collaborate with local and offshore partners to source materials and manage product development.
- Create inspiring product range presentations and maintain efficient design processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your apparel design expertise.
- Ability to research and report on industry trends, color trends, and fabric innovations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and PLM systems.
