Order Facilatator 2nd
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
* Follow Promo and Pick Pack Waves
* Clean-up negatative locations
* Fix Transitional bucket
* Recall inventory for Pick Pack and Promo orders
* Must be ble to navigate Hbi WMPD 1 System PKMS
* Put up leftover inventory
* Process Sample Orders
* Checking out specs for info on how to do certain styles.
* Writing up orders for allocation to print labels, hangtags, or stickers.
* Keep up with what work we give out, what location the work is going to.
* Print the direct labor stickers, matching them to the correct day sheet and pass them out.
* Adding up the dozens of each style completed at the end of the day.
* Communicate the total daily dozens by e-mail to the Master Scheduler and Management.
* Corret work that quality sends to case prob (missing garments, supplies, etc.)
* Ordering supplies for the work.
* Fixing work that comes from receiving with crushed cases and needs to be re-cased.
* Verify all work that is supposed to be in case prob, maintain the case prob area free of any stray work by
communicating with inventory control of any adjustments needed to be done.
* Performs specified scans and administrative work for warehouse management system and productivity tracking.
* Write up all create case forms.
* Confirms that all required cleaning and housekeeping duties at and around work areas are being done, to maintain
a safe, neat, and clean work area.
Must drive equipment.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
○ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact positively with employees at all levels and
under a variety of conditions.
○ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
○ Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal and written.
○ Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision.
○ Strong resolution skills required for resolving daily inaccuracy issues. Must be able to work well under time
constraints.
○ Knowledge of PKMS
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED
