Inventory Spec. - 1st - CL

Essential Functions:

• Process and manage “broken stock” to ensure a timely return back to operations to fulfill sales orders.
• Run and publish inventory reports as instructed
• Complete inventory adjustments as required
• Track inventory and report trends
• Perform inventory processes as instructed by manager
• Travel among locations (Canterbury and Cleveland) as needed
• Ability to work overtime, as well as varying shifts/times, to include Sundays and holidays
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $ 19.00 an hour

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Proven communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and  mathematical skills required
• Meet physical lifting and standing requirements
• Strong problem solving and reasoning ability. 
• Self-starter/motivator with the ability to perform with little to no supervision at times.
• Knowledge of computer software systems and/or the desire to learn. 
• Understand the flow of product throughout the distribution center and how each department is impacted by potential misses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. 
• Meet daily performance goals
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• 1 year of Warehouse experience dealing with inventory in some capacity is preferred.
