A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Customer Experience Representative I (Temporary: Seasonal 4month work) at Hanesbrand, your day will be filled with engaging interactions. You'll assist customers with placing orders, sharing promotional offers, and providing accurate information about our iconic brands and products. With a friendly and professional approach, you'll resolve inquiries and concerns across multiple channels, ensuring exceptional service.

- Represent Hanesbrands as a brand advocate, upholding our highest ethical standards
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our vast product line, staying up-to-date with training
- Multitask efficiently, managing multiple duties while paying close attention to details
- Provide outstanding customer service, understanding the importance of your role
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or ecommerce environment
- Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Proficiency in using multiple applications on the Windows operating system
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Flexibility to work 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Costa Rica Time after training
- Availability to complete 4-week training, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Local Time
- Reliable internet meeting minimum speed: Download 100 Mbps, Upload 20 Mbps, Ping <30 MS
- Commitment to Hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)
