We are looking for a Temporary Assostant, AP. The objective is to guide and direct International locations and / or suppliers on the payables process, making sure that they understand the process flow, timely and accurate invoice submission requirements, as well as system enhancements, training and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing service and executing end to end processes.
• Coordination and continuous improvement of current business processes within the assigned functional area of the GTS organization.
• Executes end to end process to support GTS mission and vision.
• Executes against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement and staff performance.
• Performs uploads of invoices into ERP (M3).
• Performs 3-way match on PO invoices within the ERP.
• Promotes an understanding of GTS roles, processes and activities to the business partners.
• Ensures adherence to GTS procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred, in lieu of degree will consider a combination of education and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
