As an Analyst, PD & Quality at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of quality. How You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing critical guidance and support to internal customers
• Develop and implement new PD and quality systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency
• Conduct data analysis and communicate insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Lead process improvement projects, monitoring results and driving execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in business systems, programming, business analytics, statistics, big data, data mining, and/or visual boards
• Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills
• Expertise in user acceptance testing, system upgrades, and process documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
