Drives maximum benefit by managing, Quality & PD systems, reporting and related processes. Leads development and implementation of new PD and quality systems, processes, reporting, automations and tools. Provides critical and time-sensitive guidance and support to internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive maximum benefit from PD & Quality systems platforms by supporting the broad-based user community with guidance, training and issue resolution. Serve as HBI region Subject Matter Expert for operation and use of those systems.
  • Develop and define business requirements for PD & Quality systems changes, upgrades and new platform implementations by applying Expert knowledge, leading collaboration with broad-based user community and engaging directly with Information Technology and/or external service/software providers. Serve as pre-project consultant for business case development.
  • Develop business insights and specialized information based on data queries and data analysis.  Communicate conclusions to various member of management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Administer PD & Quality systems platforms including (1) setup and maintenance of user access profiles, (2) assigning approved users to profiles and (3) maintenance of numerous global systems parameters and master data elements.
  • Drive effective system performance by direct engagement with HBI Information Technology group and external technical service/software providers in operational issue resolution, system upgrades and testing.
  • Develop and document scripts for functional User Acceptance Testing on systems changes, upgrades and new implementations.
  • Conduct, facilitate and approve formal User Acceptance Testing on systems changes, upgrades and new implementations.
  • Manage and lead  PD & Quality process improvement projects by building time and action calendars, driving execution and monitoring results.
  • Communicate, debate and persuade others in matters related to PD & Quality in various cross-functional settings.
  • Conduct user training by preparing documentation and leading training sessions.
  • Validate procedural compliance to documented PD & Quality processes in response to internal audit requests (including Sarbanes Oxley and Global Process Sustainment & Comet Audit).
  • Monitor PD & Quality activities and processes to ensure compliance to all related Global Business Standards, internal policies and legal/regulatory requirements (including Sarbanes/Oxley compliance & Comet).
  • Contribute as Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional continuous improvement projects. 
  • Generate and present periodic reports and metrics.
  • Assign and administer user security profiles.
  • Validate results of systematic records purging according to requirements of HBI Records Retention Policy.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures for use of PD & Quality systems.
  • Network with key stakeholders to insure awareness of related issues, potential risks and changes in business requirements.
  • Remain current on technical knowledge of assigned systems by undertaking training, reviewing technical releases and reviewing publicly available information via internet and publications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree on computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Certification on statistics or minimum 2-3 years of related experience in business systems, programing Business Analytics, statistics, big data and Data mining, Visual Boards.
  • Strong English and Spanish language skills.
