A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Accountant Fixed Assets at HanesBrands, your typical day will involve managing the timely and accurate accounting and reporting of financial results. You'll develop and implement process improvements, monitor transactions, ensure accuracy in key ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the fixed assets subledger and supporting accounting functions like balance sheet reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. 🌟

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure accurate and timely financial data accumulation, recording, and reporting
•  Implement process improvements within the Corporate Accounting group
• Maintain control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure policy compliance
•  Support internal and external audit inquiries, contributing to transparency and accountability

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance, with at least one year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Excel PivotTables and Formulas (V-Lookup, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
• SAP or similar ERP experience desirable
