Screen Print Production Support

Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure orders in the respective production area are embellished accurate, on time and in accordance with the Champion Teamwear quality standards. Team members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to: operation of screen print equipment, order preparation and quality assurance. This position inspects all aspects of finished products to ensure accuracy and quality of order.

Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm  

Responsibilities:

• Confirm orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations and garment types.
• Produce jobs scheduled by following established standard operating procedures.
• Communicate delays or problems that might keep a specific job from being completed.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Provide ideas and suggestions for improvement of processes; participate in efficiency evaluations as needed
• Maintain clean and efficient work area.
• Follow preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the operator’s manual
• Lead production team as needed.
• Complete position specific training plan, and engage in continuous development utilizing a development plan.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Ability to make sound and reasonable decisions.
