Utility Maintenance

Responsible for general maintenance of utilities equipment and service equipment. Must be multi-skilled and able to perform a variety of duties including changing, charging, cleaning and inspecting powered equipment batteries.

Maintain communications, battery and equipment utilization records on a computer system.

The employee must schedule all preventative maintenance of equipment with minimal disruption to the facility. Follows procedures to work with machines and powered equipment, must use extensive judgment.
