Warehouse Box Cutter

Overview:

This position’s main functions are to provide box breakdown services to the production departments and other departments as necessary.  To insure the warehouse aisles are kept clean of clutter and other debris and promote a clean and safe work environment.

Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM – 2PM  

Hourly rate starts at $15.00 / hr

Primary Responsibilities:

• Breaks down boxes generated by the warehouse.
• Circulates through departments to empty all recycle bens daily.
• Sweeps and mops warehouse as instructed.
• Work on general cleaning task as well.
• Follow all instructions to operate box compacter/bailer safely.
• Keep bailer area clean and tidy inside and outside.
• Prepares bailed boxes for recycling pick-up
• Help load empty totes to area for orders

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Help in Pulling Department
  • Load totes to all areas
  • Assist in consolidation when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred but not required; Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
• No computer skills needed. 
• No certifications needed
