Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, operationally sharp eCommerce Operations Manager to own data syndication across our retail partner ecosystem. This role is as much about improving how we work as it is about doing the work. You'll inherit large-scale workflows and be expected to make them faster, cleaner, and more scalable — and you'll do it across our biggest channels: Amazon, Walmart, Target, and beyond.

If you thrive on solving complex data problems, can manage large-scale catalog operations without losing the details, and love building cleaner, faster processes — this role was built for you.

Job Responsibilities

Data Syndication & Catalog Operations

  • Manage end-to-end product data syndication via Salsify across major retail partners including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others
  • Maintain and optimize retailer syndication channels, ensuring attribute requirements, value changes, and assortments are current and accurate
  • Lead retailer audits in partnership with the Digital Merchandising team prior to syndication go-lives
  • Own catalog mapping and retail assortment management across a large, complex SKU catalog
  • Manage PCR syndication requests and ensure completion by required deadlines
  • Maintain product tables for ERP data conversion

Cross-Functional Partnership & Process Improvement

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve syndication errors quickly and systematically
  • Label seasonal offers by retailer and collect all required product attributes in coordination with PM and Sales teams
  • Serve as a primary liaison with IT partners on data infrastructure, integrations, and system improvements

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 2+ relevant work experience; 4+ years Of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • Salsify experience is required — deep platform knowledge with ability to operate and optimize with minimal ramp time
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in eCommerce operations, data syndication, or catalog management at scale
  • Comfort working with large data sets and translating complexity into clean, actionable outputs
  • Strong cross-functional communicator — experience working with Digital Merch, Sales, PM, and IT teams regularly
  • A natural problem-solver who proactively identifies issues before they escalate
  • Experience managing retailer content portals and understanding retailer-specific attribution requirements
  • Experience with AI tools applied to content, data quality, or workflow automation preferred
  • Background working within large CPG, wholesale, or multi-channel retail environments preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and how product data flows across systems is a strong plus

Key Competencies

  • Strong technical proficiency with product data syndication platforms, specifically Salsify
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data issues
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy at scale
