The Manager of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand's presence and drive business growth. This role involves managing the brand’s positioning, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, and sales, to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing and experience in the apparel industry.

 

Responsibilities

•        Develop and implement brand marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, equity, and growth.

•        Manage integrated marketing campaigns: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional media.

•        Monitor brand performance: Track key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve brand health.

•        Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product development, creative, and sales teams to ensure brand marketing efforts align with product launches and business goals.

•        Lead consumer research: Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand positioning, target audience strategies, and campaign development.

•        Manage budget and resources: Oversee the allocation of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.

•        Drive brand consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.

•        Lead agency relationships: Manage relationships with external agencies, including creative, digital, and media buying agencies, to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-brand campaigns.

•        Present marketing strategies: Communicate brand marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights into campaign effectiveness.

 

Minimum Education/ Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on consumer brands, preferably within the apparel industry.

 

Preferred Education/ Experience        

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with leadership experience in fashion or apparel brands.

 

Specific Skills or Experience Required

•        Strong understanding of brand marketing, consumer behavior, and market trends.

•        Experience with marketing data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).

•        Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
